On the hours of training by national center graph, update "Hours reported on training report sessions" to "Hours reported on Training Report sessions" and update "Hours" to "Number of hours"

Create a TR and a group in the matching region. Add a poc user as co-owner. As a POC user without read/write permissions, access the session report as above and confirm the behavior.
